50% due to confirm the reservation. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. 
If booking less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment due in order to confirm the reservation.  
A $300 damage deposit due with the final payment.  Damage deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your departure.
